| How often am I charged?
Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day of the month you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on April 10th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on May 10th. If you cancel your account before that time, your account will
not renew 30 days later. Instead your account will expire on the date your
next renewal was scheduled to take place. For example, if you were
activated on April 10th for our monthly membership and we receive
your cancellation on April 30th,
If you joined on trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period. |
| I purchased a trial membership, how
much will I be charged?
Many of our sites allow you to purchase a low-cost trial membership which stays active for a specified number of days. Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership plan unless you cancel within the trial period. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the website that you joined for further information. |

| What is your refund policy?
Our subscription fees are non-refundable. You will receive the full access with your membership because your password remains active until the end of the most recent paid billing period regardless of when you cancel during that period. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the website you joined for further information. They can be located in the customer support section of the members' area. |
| Is there an extra charge for viewing
the live video feeds?
All the live video feeds on our sites are supplied by different vendors. Your membership fee includes unlimited access to live video services at no extra charge. Additionally, some of our Live Video vendors give you the option of purchasing one-on-one "live chat" time with their models. It is not possible to order "live chat" time without your knowledge and consent because members are required to submit their credit card information before being granted access to one-on-one private shows. The video vendors will bill you separately for their services. |
| How can I change my password or other information
on my account?
Unfortunately, we cannot update your account information from our end. We are not able to change your username, password, credit card number, expiration date, email address, etc. You may, however, cancel your account and then sign up again as a new member. You may then enter any new information that you need to, as well as choose a different username and password, if desired. |
